Excellent!
I almost overlooked this CD at my local SB store, thinking that it would be another collection of mainstream jazz. Instead, this is a true Jazz lover's collection! The tracks on this compilation are wonderful choices! Thanks for putting this together...

Jazz Impressionists - A QuickDime Review!
A wonderfully constructed compilation! As a long time collector of some fantastic Starbucks compilations, I finally had to share my ten cents with everyone.
“Jazz Impressionists” is a stunningly warm collection of tracks by some of the highest ranked Jazz Legends you could possible assemble on a disc. These cuts are culled from the fifties and sixties. Standout cuts for me include “Charles Mingues – Fables Of Faubus”, “John Coltrane – My Favorite Things” & “Miles Davis – In A Silent Way”.
This compilation has something for everyone and compilations like these are great for Jazz beginners all the way to the audiophile collectors like myself. Another standout thing about this mix is all the tracks flow so well and these pieces are all instrumental so it’s ideal for work or relaxing.
Please keep up the strong work Starbucks, more of these fantastic compilations are required… for me... at the very least. ;) ~!
