For Best Brewing

  1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil at 175F (80c) and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Pour 8 fl oz (236 ml) of water over the sachet in your cup.
  3. Let it steep for 3 minutes. Wait patiently for perfection.

The liquor of a green tea is typically a green or yellow color, and flavors range from toasty, grassy (pan-fired teas) to fresh and streamed greens (steamed teas) with mild astringency.

SPRING-HARVESTED GREEN TEAS.

Tazo® China Green Tips is made from a tea known as Mao Feng, which in Chinese translates loosely as "hair tip" – an apt description of the twisted and rolled dry leaf.

At the end of a shaded trail, will you choose the sauna or the hot spring?

Linger in the pure, steam-fired broth of this first-flush green tea thinking clear, peaceful thoughts. Like watching mist rise off a thermal spring, hidden behind a wooded glen and only accessible by trampoline.

Best-tasting Commercial Green Tea Very often the green teas that I try in bags are just not very...well... green tea-tasting. They lack that grassy, bright flavor. However, the China Tips Green Tea hits on the mark with a great clean green taste that is balanced between bitter and sweet (if you don't over-steep it!). June 2, 2013
China Green Tips Tea I love 2 cups of strong green tea each morning. I agree with another customer that using 2 sachets or filterbags is a waste. Where are the bags of loose green tea? No other brand is as good as Tazo. I've checked at the grocery stores and I'm tossing out green teas that I don't like. They don't match with Tazo. March 31, 2013
Subtle and boring This tea isn't quite the "lively" tea they mention in the description. It's subtle, and a bit boring. It's tea, it tastes fine, and it goes great with breakfast. It's just green tea, not much else. September 29, 2012
Great Green Tea I bought this for my husband. He drinks green tea for breakfast every day. He surprised me by for-going his old brand of tea, and is almost out of the Tazo China Green Tips. Guess I will have to repoace it. March 20, 2012
Delicious Tea Despite the expense, Tazo China Green tips is the best! March 4, 2012
