Major Fail! I LOVE Starbucks' Iced Chai Tea Lattes, so when I saw this product in the grocery store, I had to buy it! Followed the instructions on the box, and was extremely disappointed. It really is a watered-down version of what you get in the store. I tried drinking it straight up (not adding milk or anything else), and it STILL didn't taste right. My friend (who works at Starbucks) agreed that something was "off." Starbucks, I'd rather you offer the real deal and raise the price than continue to sell this joke of a product. To everyone else, if you've found a way to make this actually taste the way it's supposed to (maybe you added more spices or did something else?), please post your response here in the form of a review! Just not the same. The concentrate used in the stores is definitely better. I bought a "white" store box while traveling last year. They were not supposed to sell it but I was traveling in remote areas, they "caved". You mix a shot glass full (1.5 oz) into 8 oz of Vanilla Soy milk. Tastes EXACTLY the same as what the store makes. Yes. it cost much more than the over the counter box. Please just sell us the same thing. June 13, 2013
Love this product! I first tried this tea at my daughter's house. Now I am hooked. Delicious! April 29, 2013
I didn't expect it to taste this good! I bought this product thinking it would probably disappoint me because it wouldn't taste like the ones from Starbucks but it definitely did! I made it in the microwave and it is so convenient and easy! I love the blend of spices and it is good both hot and over ice! April 26, 2013
So so, not what I expected LOVE The Iced Vanilla Chai Tea Lattes at Starbucks, that is the only thing I get when I go in. I bought the concentrate thinking it would taste just like it does from the store. Not the case. Like other reviewers it does taste watered down and when you add more to try to compensate for it just tastes sweeter. It is also not as spicy as the tea in the retail cafe. Rated it two stars only because I kind of liked the taste of the cinnamon and cardamom blend. Would have rated it one if not for that. April 19, 2013
