For Best Brewing

  1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil at 212F (100c).
  2. Pour 8 fl oz (236 ml) of water over the sachet in your cup.
  3. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Wait patiently for perfection.

Wonderful flavor and effect. Not only is this tea delicious, it helps with my anxiety, and also really helps when I have a cold/sore throat with a little honey and a dash of lemon. I reuse the tins for other teas, just make up a label for each they come in handy to keep them all separate, you can also buy this boxed in many dept. stores like Target or Walmart and put the tea into the tin. Will of course be buying more! December 4, 2012
Beautiful, interesting tea drinking experience This tea is delicious! I'm not usually a huge fan of herbal teas, they can contain too many flavors rushing the palate at once, but this tea does a fine, subtle job of dancing with your tastebuds. It's tasty, it truly calms, and it's great right before bed with your favorite book. September 30, 2012
