For Best Brewing

  1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil at 212F (100c).
  2. Pour 8 fl oz (236 ml) of water over the sachet in your cup.
  3. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Wait patiently for perfection.

Black tea is the fully oxidized leaf of Camellia sinensis and requires the most processing. The brewed liquor ranges between dark brown and deep red. Black teas offer the strongest flavors and, in some cases, the greatest astringency.

Now THIS is tea Delicious. Robust. Sophisticated. True, this tea has one flavor–black tea. But! It's the perfect amount of that one flavor.
