Delicious
I am not sure if it is possible, but I feel like the PSL Via is just as good as the lattes that you can get in the stores. Perhaps it's the comfort of being able to wake up, roll out of bed, and create your own delicious beverage in the confines of your own home while wearing nothing more than a pair of undies.
The flavor is outstanding. I always make mine with 2% milk, and it still tastes fabulously rich and decadent.
My only regret with it is that I didn't stock up more when it was still available. I have a mere two packs left that I am holding onto for some unknown reason. I just drank pack #4, and I am nearly to the point of licking my mug.

Delicious dessert in a cup
This is deliciousness in a cup. The flavor is not quite like the one you get at a Starbucks store as it's a bit mild in pumpkin spice flavor, but it really tastes great and makes a great low calorie, but filling snack or dessert. I sometimes add a shot of expresso or a partial pack of Via coffee...yum!

Warmth All Around
I would rather have the real thing, but the closest Starbucks is a good forty minutes away so this will do. I do make my own from scratch, but it's nice to treat myself & pretend I'm @ Starbucks. A girl can dream. LOL. Before moving here this summer, I was at Starbucks at least five times a week. It really stinks that hundreds of us that had to move to this area for our jobs have nothing close by for miles. HINT, HINT!

Disappointing substitute...
I cherish Pumpkin Spice Lattes during the holidays and hoped this alternative would satisfy my craving when the Starbucks stores discontinued for the season. I heated milk and added the flavor pack as instructed. The flavor and color were not even close to the original beverage served at your stores. Guess I'll have to wait until next October to quench my thirst for Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Too bad you do not offer a respectful alternative.

Surprisingly Good!
I'm not a fan of the VIA line, but this was given to me as a gift and I decided to try it (Pumpkin Spice Lattes are one of my favorites! ;-)). It is VERY GOOD! Surprisingly smooth. Has a great taste! I added a little sugar to take a bit of the bite off of the end, but I would definitely recommend trying it!
