Starbucks® Stainless Steel Tumbler – Matte Black, 16 fl oz
Love this Tumbler
I highly recommend this. I think the design is perfect, it feels like it was made to fit my hand, and it keeps my coffee warm. I drink my coffee pretty fast so I can't say that it keeps it warm for hours but it keeps it perfect for the hour or so that it takes me to drink my coffee. I've dropped it a few times (I'm clumsy) and it's never spilled a drop. The only that I'm not thrilled with is that the grip can move. I just fix it when it does. Just saying it in case that is something that would annoy a person.

Lid is a bit clunky
Good quality build, keeps the coffee good and hot, The lid design, especially the plastic collar at the top of the mug, is a bit clunky.

Not up to par
I've had a previous version of this mug until the lid broke. It was a 2008 model. I loved that one but could not get a replacement lid. I purchased this one to replace it. Disappointed though. My tea used to stay hot most of the day in my old one. Not this one. Cold in a couple hours. Don't like the plastic rim. Why do they always change what works well. Also the new one is not rubberized on the bottom. Please go back to the solid stainless steel construction with rubberized bottom. Starbucks should be known for quality.

No nose coffee!
I love this tumbler. It does it's job superbly and keeps my coffee warm for hours.
My favorite thing about this tumbler is the layout of the air holes. I have another Starbucks tumbler that has the air hole right in the center of the lid. Every time I take a drink the hole cover hits my nose and I end up with a tiny bit of coffee on my nose. This tumbler has two air holes on either side of the spout. This means that when I take a drink I don't end up with nose coffee. :)

Below Average Tumbler
I ordered this a few months ago and at first I thought it was great, it does a really good job of keeping things warm and cold for a long time. The problem I have now is that after I wash it it gets a moldy smell. I never leave coffee in it. I wash it out right after I use it but it never fails after I wash it and let it dry it has the moldy smell. I've never had problems like this with other Starbucks tumblers I've owned but I'm to the point now of throwing it away and buying a different brand. Maybe the one I got wasn't made right or something.
