Loved mine, but not dishwasher safe. Not dishwasher safe! Bought two and both shattered when washed in dishwasher. Great size for americanos, but please hand wash. March 28, 2013
Too Small I like the double walled insulation, but for brewed button it fills it to the very top making lifting the glass and getting the first drink extremely difficult without spilling. Needed to make it slightly bigger than the amount of coffee brewed. December 4, 2012
Beautiful & Practical Glass I liked the elegant design of this double-walled glass. The latte is beautifully displayed which adds to the Starbucks experience. I found Starbucks' claims that it keeps the coffee/espresso drink warm without burning my hand to be true. It gets slightly warm only. It is the perfect size to hold the latte made by the Verismo. I highly recommend it. December 1, 2012
Problems with glass One of four glasses was not dish washer proof even though website description says they are. After 1st wash, water was trapped between walls of glass. I threw it out. Also, glass capacity is only slightly larger than amount of liquid dispensed by Verismo machine making it difficult to handle and very difficult if not impossible to add desired amount of milk or cream. Great for small cups of coffee Simply love this glass, keeps my hands cool and coffee hot. November 15, 2012
