delicious coffee As in the other reviews - there was no sign of charcoal filter so either it doesn't require one or quality control needs to be enforced. The machine itself is making great coffee, looks pretty! and is easy to operate. April 29, 2012
So easy to use but missing peices I absolutely love how easy this machine is to use and I can actually pour the water and the coffee without making a mess like my old coffeemaker. The only problem is like the other reviews have said is that it didn't come with the carbon filter that it clearly states on the box it's supposed to come with. But I use it without the filter and it works just fine and the coffee tastes great!!!! I also love the timer function and the aroma function so I can wake up to the smell of coffee in the morning and not worry about wasting a whole pot but still have just what I want before I start my day! easy to use to make a great cup of coffee I really like my new coffee maker. The only disappointment is there wasn't any charcoal filter in the packaging as described in the attached brochure nor any information as to where to go to buy one. February 24, 2012

Great tasting coffee, smart look I don't usually complain but...... coffeemaker was supposed to come w/ charcoal filter which was not included in packing. Operating w/o this causes the clean light to come on & won't go off until filter is in holder inside water reservior.Very difficult to get cooperation from manufacturer concerning this. Also, you must pour close(touching lip of cup) & slow or it w/ drip alot!! January 22, 2012
