Don't buy it!!!
I was waiting for this cup. Thought it was the perfect cup, but the lid doesn't screw on correctly and it leaks!!! It just doesn;t work right. I have bought several cups from Starbucks, but this is the only one I can't use! It always drips!!! Don't purchase!

Very Pleased with this Tumbler
I purchased this in spite of the somewhat negative reviews and have been very pleased with the quality. I believe the leaking situation described is a result of expansion. If you'll let it sit for a minute after you pour the hot liquid and put the lid on, the expansion of the metal should eliminate any leaks. Been working great for me. Very good insulation qualities.

LOVE IT ! LOVE IT
Keeps my coffee hot up to 3-4 hours, then after that pretty warm for another 1-2 hours. I remove the lid I like to drink from the from the bottle it self then cap it after each drink. It is easy to open and handle. Careful opening get a good grip the smooth shiny surface could slip from your hands we women have small hands. I had a leather cup holder from a previous Starbucks stainless steel tumbler, it works great for a better grip. A great purchase.

Not leak-proof
The pictures looked like the tumbler I used to have - that one was brought to me as a gift, from Starbucks in Thailand. However, while the top seal (where you sip) is good and reliable, the lid very easily leaks where it screws on, because of extremely poor design. I'm not going to be using it much longer.
