Too Small
The tumbler was very small than i expected. Didn't like the design and look of the tumbler in person. Also didn't like the cork lining at the bottom of the tumbler. Overall very dissatisfied with the item and returned it.

Love these
I have started drinking my morning coffee in these because they keep my coffee warmer longer than the traditional coffee cup. I really love them.

Does not keep heat for too long and lid doesn't stay
I bought this online after reading great reviews, but I was very disappointed -- or maybe I just got a lemon? My hot tea was luke warm in no time (in about half an hour), and the lid does not close completely. I push the lid down, but it pushes back up on its own, so I end up drinking without the lid even though the lid has a hole you can sip from. And the lid smells funny, so I have to "air it out" when I take the lid off to sip. I've bought great tumblers from Starbucks before that actually keeps my hot drink hot for a long time (hours), but this does not share that quality unfortunately..

The perfect VIA mug!
I found this at my local store after breaking my old VIA mug that held the coffee packets in the bottom. It is the perfect size for VIA instant coffee and I hope to have it for many years to come. I am tempted to order a few more just in case Starbucks decides to discontinue this style.

Looks great, doesn't keep drinks hot for long
I saw this cup at a Starbucks store and fell in love with the design. Its sleek & simple, I had to have it.
I was hoping that since it has double walls it would keep hot drinks hot for a reasonable amount of time. The top doesn't create a no spill seal, so I knew some heat may be lost there.
After pouring hot coffee in this cup I noticed that the outside of the cup heats up quite a bit. Meaning heat is being lost though the sides. The double walls should retain some of this heat, but a lot is getting out. I have started pouring hot water in the cup to warm it before pouring coffee in & that does help.
I still really like the cup, just be aware that if you get it you will want to gulp rather than sip.
