Below Average Tumbler
I ordered this a few months ago and at first I thought it was great, it does a really good job of keeping things warm and cold for a long time. The problem I have now is that after I wash it it gets a moldy smell. I never leave coffee in it. I wash it out right after I use it but it never fails after I wash it and let it dry it has the moldy smell. I've never had problems like this with other Starbucks tumblers I've owned but I'm to the point now of throwing it away and buying a different brand. Maybe the one I got wasn't made right or something.

Excellent travel mug!
Bought this for my wife who is an avid coffee drinker and can never seem to get a cup that can keep her coffee warm for very long. I bought her this as a birthday present and she has been tickled pink ever since. She took it with hunting this last week and said that it would keep her coffee hot for at least 5 hours. She couldn't stop raving about it. Fixing to purchase her another one to have as a spare. Can't beat the price for what it does!

Very Functional
I like this travel mug a lot. I commute about 45 minutes to an hour each way and I enjoy drinking a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning. I also bought the same mug in the graphite version, it actually looks more like stainless steel and I like how the graphite one looks better. I guess it's just personal preference.
The black one is not very impressive looking. I recommend the graphite or other stainless steel travel tumblers. I purchased two of the plastic Starbucks anniversary edition tumblers and they do not keep my coffee as warm or as long as this one does. If you like hot coffee just avoid all cheap the plastic ones.

Excellent purchase
I bought this Tumbler and it resulted to be amazing. Far away, I have only used it for hot coffee and the hot temperature lasts for hours. I really recommend this product for its versatility, usefulness and design.

Happy with my Purchase
This is a great tumbler. My coffee stays warm for hours, it's easy to clean, looks cool, and it's easy to hold.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the surface tension of the coffee will make it stick in the air holes, which will make the coffee pour out slowly, making me think I need to tip it back more, which is not a good idea unless you want to change your shirt.
I think a newer design of the lid is in order. I also wish it was 20 oz like the last stainless tumbler that they used to sell. Oh well, I still love it.
