Stylish, and works very well
I almost didn't buy this based on the reviews, but thought I'd try it anyway. I did a trial run with a cup of very hot tea, and it was still scalding after 20 minutes, hot after 1.5 hours, and still hot enough to enjoy at 2 hours. As this is about the maximum time I need, I am quite happy with it. I also like the felt pad on the bottom. It is heavy, though, and the stainless parts get quite hot, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

PIck something else!
Well I was all excited about my new Starbucks cup until today when I went to drink my coffee after an hour and it was ice cold. Starbucks double wall cups usually keep my coffee hot for hours. What a disappointment the Rollerball Pattern Tumbler was. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it. Save yourself $20!

Very poor design
Guaranteed cold cup of coffee in no time. Very hard to drink from. Worse cup I ever bought and wish I could give it back!

All look, no substance
Bought this to replace my last insulated tumbler which would keep things hot or cold most of day. This one had the look, but as it turns out, lacks the vacuum insulation; therefore keeps things neither hot nor cold. It sure looks good, but is entirely worthless as an insulated container.

Very disappointed
This seemed to be a substantial tumbler with a very clever roller valve lid. Well, it's substantial alright, i.e. it's heavy. But the real problem is when filled with hot coffee the entire tumbler is almost too hot to touch. Does not insulate at all. The roller ball is kinda neat but it will also be hard to keep clean. At least i only drink black coffee. If you like some of the fancier drinks the valve will fill with gunk. I'm going to see if i can return this but since i've used it not sure that's possible? Get the "Stainless Steel Tumbler - Graphite" instead. I have one and works great and that tumbler stays cool to touch when filled with hot coffee.
