Sumatra is definately my favorite coffee bean. I love the very bright and robust flavor and definately appreciate the low level of acidity. I have purchased other roasters' Sumatra beans and found them lacking in one way or another (presumably due to differences in the actual roasting process).

This product seems to be over roasted to the point that there is a burnt almost charcoal taste.

Although I am a Starbucks Regular, this variety is too bitter for me.
