Starbucks might be a bit pricier than some of the other brands of whole bean decaf coffee one can buy, the this X-BOLD Sumatra is worth it, in my opinion!
Decaf whole bean coffees can tend to be thin and flat. Starting with a bold, earthy coffee like Sumatra, Starbucks has a winner. You still get a lot of flavor in a decaf with this one.
Take this with a grain of salt because I'm a self-proclaimed Starbucks bigot. I like the extra bold dark roasts particularly. But especially Sumatra! Oh my gosh! This stuff is sooooooo good. If'n you like your coffee to have some taste and some color and some body - then you've just gotta try the Sumatra. It gives you all three in a consistent brew that gets every day off to a great start. - Neil in Southwest Missouri
