The cup looks great; however, even though it is advertised as being double insulated the beverage does not stay warm at all.
This tumbler is great for my morning ride to work - keeps my beverage hot and after a little finagling with the lid it doesn't leak at all.
I got these to replace our previous Starbucks travel mugs (metal lined interior, rubber exterior, handle). While the volume seems about the same, there is no doubt about which one keeps things hotter longer - the metal lined, hands down. The old one could keep things hot for several hours, while this starts to taper off after 90 minutes or so.
There is a trick with the lid, however. Fill the cup up, cap it, close the seal, tip it upside down, and shake it. Once some of the liquid dribbles out, flip it back up, open the drink hole to vent it, and reseal it. Now it will not leak at all. Odd, but true.
I am very happy with the Tumblers that I ordered. The coffee stays hot though out the day (I drink it slow).
The only issue that I had was learning to make sure that the top was on properly. I got a bath of coffee a couple of times before I learned to screw it on properly.
