I enjoy drinking Starbuck coffee myself which is why I ordered it as a gift for my brother. He enjoys a good cup of coffee himself.
Starbucks could not ship the product I ordered when promised so they sent me an alternative and then sent me another 1lb of what I ordered when it was available. That's standing behind your promise and as long as Starbucks has that kind of integrity, I'll be a loyal customer.
