It is a bold complex flavor, but without being bitter and won't stay in your mouth 3 hours later. It's like Bold-Light. Never a bad choice. I make it in an espresso machine, but is also great (but different tasting) with a press.
This is excellent coffee. I learned about this coffee via my place of work. It is brewed daily and I drink it daily.
I also like to grind and brew my coffee at home, however was unable to find the Organic Shade Grown Mexico Coffee at any retail outlets and it is toooooo expensive to purchase via the internet, so I guess I'll stick with having it a work.
Very good product though, also great for blending.
This is the coffee that we get routinely from Starbuck's--it is frgrant, strong, full & mild at the same time. Not bitter, not scorched, no bad aftertaste. It has a cult following, so once you become a devotee, you'll find that others also know about it, and buy it up when the new shipment come in.
So glad they now have it online!
