This light-bodied coffee with bold acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish comes from hundreds of small farms in the Southern Mexican state of Chiapas.
More about this coffee: Chiapas farmers, near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, are protecting the biodiversity of the last remaining cloud forest in Southern Mexico through organic and traditional shade growing coffee plants.

I've been drinking Shade Grown Mexico for a while now. It's so smooth and just the right intensity for me. I love it.
This is the coffee that we get routinely from Starbuck's--it is frgrant, strong, full & mild at the same time. Not bitter, not scorched, no bad aftertaste. It has a cult following, so once you become a devotee, you'll find that others also know about it, and buy it up when the new shipment come in.
So glad they now have it online!
Picked a rating of 3 because we wanted a bold to extra bold coffee that was organic. This product is organic, but is not presumed to be bold. Mixed it with some stale bold beans and overall taste was good, but ended up not being technically fully organic.
Am teweting other companies organic bold to extra bold products and am deciding what to do long term. Have been a 20 year starbucks customer.
