I would prefer a purchase option that includes ground beans as well as whole bean expresso roast. The first delivery arrived and was well received. I'm looking forward to continued good product and delivery.
I'm dissapointed in the rewards program and tier review time frames.
Seems like a great marketing idea that has fallen flat.
If you want me to try your products than include samples; don't expect me to try at my expense.
