Would purchase again

I was not happy at all when I received the coffee. It was all groung up?
We've been drinking SB for 10+ years now and I never saw anyehere when I ordered it that the beans would be ground up. Other than that...the VIA wasn't as good as when I buy an ice coffee @ the Starbuck store. But I did try it, it's ok but not as good. Thank you...Moe
PS we drink 1 + pounds a week.
An adult lifetime spent drinking coffee ... Starbucks came late in life, to stay around as long as I do. French Roast is my choice for its flavor that is a morning awakener and an afternoon relaxer.
