I was so happy to see I could by replacement straws for my Grande(and Venti) reusable cups. The straw you get when you buy the cup is fine, but sometimes you just want a new one. Perfect! I bought myself some and some for a friend. She uses one for water, and one for her iced tea |

While I was so pleased to find replacement straws, for the life of me, I don't understand why you can't purchase in the store. It's not like they would take up a lot of room!! Come on, stock 'em. Why make us pay the shipping.

I have two of the iced cups and one of my straws broke. I even bought the second one because of the straw. Now, I can just replace the straw! |

I loved your insulated, no moisture build up, cold beverage tumbler with straw that you had available during the spring/early summer. My straw was damaged. I am very glad you have replacement straws available. Even though the longest straw is not exactly as long as I had, it works. If I accidentally tip the drink, it remains in tact. Thank you. I will buy another tumbler if you offer them again. Thank you. |
