The mug is great
but
it is so heavy
I thought 18oz was the liquid measure I think it is what the mug
weighs before coffee.
I think that the mug is too heavy by the time I fill it . |

I loved the styling of the cup - just what I wanted, but after receiving the cup, I found out that you can't put it in the dishwasher or microwave.
I bought this cup with the biggest package of the Starbucks VIA coffee I could find. But now, I have to find something to make the hot water in rather than just using the cup and microwaving it. And if want to reheat the coffee before I finish the cup, I have to microwave the coffer in another cup.
Big bummer. I'm a big customer of Starbucks - love the VIA but the cup has been a big disappointment. I wish you would publish that you can' microwave or put into dishwasher.
I've been a big customer of Starbucks for more than 10 years and his is the first time you've disappointed me.

I gave this mug to my hubby for Father's Day, ordered two: one for home
and one for his office. I really like the style of the mug though was very
disappointed when I received them and found that you could not microwave
the mugs. You really should put that info in with the description of the item
or maybe you did and I just missed it??!! |

This is a cool mug and my drink seems to remain hot in it longer. It is just a little inconvienent when it can't be washed in the dishwasher nor heated in the microwave. I still claim it as my favorite mug. |
