I REALLY LIKED THE APPEARANCE AND STYLE OF THE TUMBLER, HOWEVER I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS LID CONFIGURATION. I CONTINUALLY BURNED BOTH MY LIPS AND THE INSIDE OF MY MOUTH DUE TO THE COFFEE COMING OUT AROUND THE CURVATURE OF THE LID. i TRIED DIFFERENT OPENINGS, BUT COULD NOT QUITE GET IT RIGHT. PLEASE PUT A SNAP DOWN STYLE LID ON THIS CUP. THE PRODUCT WOULD BE A GOOD VALUE IF NOT FOR THE CURRENT LID. |

I thought I arranged to have both the gift card and the tumbler shipped to an address in Reno, NV - it was to be a gift - but they both ended up with me and I ended up having to ship them myself. Not what I expected. |

This coffee tumbler is the best product I have ever had. The quality is excellent and your coffee or hot liquid will stay hot for up to 3 hours I have found. In an extremely cold environment, it may be less, but it does stay warm! The open/close design is perfect, easy to operate and no leakage. A wonderful product, thank you! |

I love all of Starbucks stainless steele tumblers. They are a great
value as whether the drink is iced or hot; the insulation is great.

Keeps coffee hot for a very, very long time. I thought the lid was very easy to use. Make it in more colors so I can buy more...I LOVE this tumbler. |
