the lid and opening for sipping is very awkward. very hard to drink from the tumbler
this tumbler doesn't fit in either of our car cupholders, rendering it useless for travel. it does, however, keep the coffee hot for a longer period than other tumblers do.
This was a perfect product for a road trip. The Starbucks Tumbler was convient with the "storage" compartments and Starbucks instant coffee was better than most brewed "in-room" coffee. My only "complaint" was that the tumbler did leak when tipped.
