Directions: Use one heaping teaspoon loose leaves per 8 ounces of water. Brews approximately 50 cups of tea.

In China, it is customary to serve a cup of fragrant jasmine tea as a welcoming gesture to guests. Historically it’s a specialty of the northern Fujian Province since the days of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Each jasmine pearl is formed by hand using just the bud of the Camilla sinensis plant. When brewed these pearls open releasing the delicate flavor and aroma of jasmine.
Tazo sources Jasmine pearls that offer a balanced flavor of both the Jasmine flower and the aromatic and vegetative nature of a great green tea. Many Jasmine teas can taste overly perfumey since they are produced from common green tea and rely on the jasmine flavor alone.
