I bought this to replace my first Burr coffee grinder that I had for 12 years. I have had it for several weeks, use it daily and so far very pleased. Much quieter than my old one and the container that holds the grinds doesn't start sliding out while grinding like my old one does. I like that you switch it on and then switch it off when it is done grinding instead of setting a timed grind. It makes a perfect grind. I read through many reviews before paying for this one and I think it is worth paying a little more for a model like this. |

I have had this coffee grinder for a few months and love it. I does a great job of grinding, I use it almost daily. It doesn't make a mess and looks snazzy on the counter. I usually grind it the night before and leave it in the bottom until morning so its ready to go. |

this machine plugged up the first time I used it. It plugs up every time I grind a batch of coffee I use only star bucks coffee and corase grind. The machine requires to much maintainence for convient use. My old starbucks machine was much better. I am going to return this one and go for another brand. |

I doubt that I would buy this thing again. It grinds well enough but it clogs badly and has to be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly after EVERY use. Some of the beans look "shredded" rather than ground and I would take points off for that too.
It is relatively quiet, however, and the capacity per grind cycle is about right for the amount of coffee I typically want to grind. |
