Great coffee and idea...would like longer expiration dates.
I have enjoyed earlier versions of this product in the past. This latest shipment has been a disappointment. At least a third of the filter packs are unsealed and unusable. Please let me know if the lower starndards of production are permanent.

Last year, I had a conference at Chicago. It was really tired and hectic schedule. This house blend coffee was served at the hotel room, and I just fell in love. Right after I came to my home, I searched, and ordered. Now my mornings at work open with this product.
Easy and simple to brew. Taste is rich.
One negative thing about this-- when I open some packs I find some filters are tear. what a waste!! Hope the company has some solution about this problem - or I wish I can get refund!
