This tumbler is awesome - Starbucks tumblers keep coffee or tea hot for several hours, much better than other types. I just think they could be a little less pricey, as I tend to misplace them occasionally.

These are some of the most beautiful travel mugs we've ever seen. We were thrilled to give them to clients as holiday gifts as well as keep a few for ourselves. Besides the outer beauty of the mug, the fact that it keeps its coffee HOT is a super bonus! LOVE them!!! |

Trust me, this tumbler really does its job to keep its temperature of your beverage whether its hot or cold, it really does its work for an amount of hrs to keep its temperature in place. It is easy to twist open without getting your fingers or hands hurt, easily to be washed without leaving it to be stained or any scratches on the exterior. A well designed product for its price and a recommended item for anyone who is on the run with their drinks on their hands. |

My husband LOVES this tumbler. It keeps his coffee hot. Also - most of the screw on lids for the newer tumblers are not as wide therefore, harder to get on straight and coffee leaks all over one's shirt! This one is easy to screw on and is deep enough that you can line it up and get it tight to insure no "leakage"!
I've been looking at your coffee shops for a good drinking tumbler (like the old ones) and couldn't find - so I went on your website and struck gold!
Please go back to the old model with a deeper screw on cap.
We're avid Starbucks fans - brewing & grinding your beans at home as well as buying in your stores. |

I've bought similar thermal tumblers in the past and usually lose them before I wear them out. Keeps beverages hot a long time and is durable. Cover and tumbler easy to clean. Very happy with this! |

I give it 4 stars because it is a little pricey as coffee tumbler's go, but the best feature is that it is watertight. When you are driving a manual transmission on a bumpy road, this feature comes in handy. Wish they would have had variety of colors. |

My husband bought me a similar one last year for my birthday. I unfortunately dropped it in a parking lot (full) and the top busted off and the outside got all scratched and dinged up. I was heartbroken. I went online and found this one. I love the look and the coffee will stay hot/warm for about 2.5 hours - which is excellent! I've tried other tumblers from target or wal-mart, but they cannot compare. I am a dedicated customer. |

Despite being bit on the expensive side, this cup will keep your drinks hot. Hours later I find my coffee almost as hot as when I got it and it is a water tight seal. Griping the tumbler sometimes can be an issue because of its metal surface.
Overall I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a sold, stylish tumbler. |
