I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. He commutes to school in the mornings so he needed a tumbler that would not spill and keep his coffee warm. And this tumbler does both! Great buy! |

Ordered 1 of these for my Husband and I had to come back and get another 1 for myself. This mug is worth every penny you pay for it. My coffee stayed warm for over 3 hours in this mug! Definitely worth owning!!! |

Actually -- I bought this for my wife... She lost a stainless steel mug she loved and we couldn't find a similar model... We bought a few plastic-lined ones and they weren't cutting it... I ordered this -- regular shipping but still got it within a few days... The first time she used it she told me she got her coffee on the way to work (around 8am) and it was still hot after noon! Yes -- I'm happy with it... |

It's a very nice product, but I was hoping for something that wouldn't leak no matter what, and that hasn't been the case.
It does retain heat well and is a nice tumbler, but be careful. |

This is by far the best travel mug I have ever used. I like that it is stainless so it is easy to clean, and since it is double walled, it keeps my coffee hot for quite some time. I think it is a great value for the money. I like mine so much, I have since bought 2 more as gifts. |

This tumbler keeps the coffee hot for hours. I like the styling.
The top is rather difficult to turn and I wonder sometimes if its going to break. I like the fact that you can, upon opening the top can drink from any side. Thats a great feature. Price wise, alittle on the high side but only about 4 to 5 dollars more than the other tumblers. Over all, a great tumbler. |

I absolutely love this mug! I read the other reviews about this tumbler before i bought it. The lid is amazing. The lid, when shut properly, lets almost none of the beverage out. My car has really weird cup holders and very few things fit in it. This mug does not fit in the cup holder but i just shut the lid and lay in the passenger seat. I have no worries of it spilling on the seat or anything. This mug being double-walled stainless steel keeps your hot or cold drink cold for hours. This is easily the best tumbler I have ever purchased and would recommend it to anyone thinking about buying it. |

It's the perfect commuting mug. I throw it in my bag in the morning and then enjoy a hot mug of coffee with my morning newspaper on the train. I've had it for three weeks now. Love the handfeel of it. Love how it doesn't spill at all when closed. Love how it keeps a mug of coffee very warm for at least 2-3 hours. Unlike other spill-proof mugs I investigated, the mechanism on this one is really straightforward so it's very easy to clean. I note two things. You need at least decent hand strength to twist the lid open. Not at all a problem for me, but I wouldn't recommend this mug for someone with a weak grip from e.g. arthritis. And you can take good sips, but not gulps, from this mug (which of course is not a problem with hot coffee!) |

The only issue with this mug is that it don't fit in the cup holder of my car, actually the cup holder is pretty standar so I guess most people will have issues trying to make it fit in the car cup holder. Besides that, I am really happy with it. They way it close it is just perfect. |

I find the tumbler very useful for my purposes because it not only contains warm and cold well, but has a handle and does not leak even if left upside down (provided of course that it is fully tight). While the onlline service was good, I would have preferred to purchase at a store, though none that I tried carried it. It would be nice if there was a way of finding out online where a product was available in a store. |

Finally a stainless steel tumbler that keep the coffee hot (I fill up with hot water to get the tumbler hot and then fill up with coffee that stays hot for a long time. The design though is not very flattering. |
