Excellent value, but the glass beaker may be a little too thin and may break easily? Love the coffee, it has a slightly fruity flavor to it that I have never experienced in a coffee flavor before! Love the timer, helps me know how long to brew the coffee. |

I've been a French Press coffee fan for over ten years, and have gone through a lot of presses. This one is by far and away the most beautiful one I've ever seen! Also, the flat button on the plunger is brilliant, and makes for easy, easy plunging, even when the pot is full. And what an amazing deal: not only did I get the press, but I also got a pound of coffee and a cute little hourglass timer. I love my new coffee press! |

This item is a fantastic gift. The coffee press is elegant yet sturdy and works wonderfully. The timer coordinates with the press. My only complaint is that the coffee expires fairly soon, so it is not a gift you could save for the future. |

I'm an American who has lived in Italy and Germany for a total of almost 17 years. I'm currently away from home for a few months and I ordered this press from Starbucks because of the good price; my press at home cost four times as much. The included coffee was a nice bonus. |
