StarbucksStore At Home Subscription Plan - How the Program Works

After your introductory shipment, the next shipment will arrive according to the shipment interval you choose – anywhere from 1-8 weeks. You can change this interval at any time after your introductory shipment by managing your account online or calling customer service at 1-800-571-7289. If you're going to be away for a length of time, you can even have your shipments suspended temporarily.

Each shipment will be conveniently billed to the used credit card on the introductory shipment. Please note applicable shipping charges will apply and prices/shipping rates are subject to change.

The prices of coffees and teas varies from $9.90 + per package, plus shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change.

You may cancel your service at any time after receiving your introductory shipment with no further obligation. You may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments via our Web site or by calling customer service at 1-800-571-7289.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "Marks") are proprietary to Cooking.com Inc. or other respective owners that have granted Cooking.com Inc. the right and license to use such Marks.

Requirements

Billing Information

Deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, Cooking.com employees, or customer service representatives. Cooking.com will never display your complete credit card number on-screen. Coffee prices are subject to change.

Shipping Rates

Current shipping rates will apply at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.

Substitutions

We will make every effort to maintain inventory levels to fulfill your order, however if your selected coffee is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute coffee or tea of equal or greater value. For any offer or promotion, Cooking.com reserves the right to substitute for the free gift, another gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the substituted item if you are not satisfied.

Promotional Offers

Coffee Subscription promotional offers apply only to recurring membership orders. Regular Promotional offers on StarbucksStore.com will not apply to Coffee Subscription orders. Coffee Subscription promotional offers can not be combined.

The introductory shipment will be composed of your initial coffee and tea selections. The shipment should arrive within in 3-6 days.

After the introductory shipment, the next shipment will arrive according to the shipment interval selected. This interval can be changed at any time after the introductory shipment by managing your account online or calling customer service at 1-800-571-7289.

You may cancel your At Home subscription at any time after receiving your shipment and the $10 Starbucks Card is yours to keep with no further obligation. You may also change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments and the $10 Starbucks Card will remain yours to keep.

3rd Shipment is On Us Offer (offer ends 7/31/2009)

Remain a member through 2 complete shipments and we will apply a credit to your 3rd shipment in the amount of the lowest of you first two coffee orders. Credit will not exceed the cost of your introductory coffee order.

Complimentary Shipping on 1st Subscription Order Offer (offer ends 8/31/2009)

Sign up for the Starbucks Subscription Program and receive free shipping on your first order. Offer applies to first time subscription members only. You may cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your first shipment with no further obligation. You may also change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments.

Barista Aroma Solo Offer (offer ends 12/31/2008, While Supplies Last)

The introductory shipment will be composed of your initial coffee and tea selections and your Starbucks® Barista Aroma Solo Coffee Maker. The shipment should arrive within in 3-6 days.

After the introductory shipment, the next shipment will arrive according to the shipment interval selected. This interval can be changed at any time after the introductory shipment by managing your account online or calling customer service at 1-800-571-7289.

You may cancel your At Home subscription at any time after receiving your introductory shipment and the Barista Aroma Solo Coffee Maker is yours to keep with no further obligation. You may also change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments and the Barista Aroma Solo Coffee Maker will remain yours to keep.

Remain a member through 4 complete shipments and we will apply a credit to your 5th shipment in the amount of your introductory coffee order. Credit will not exceed the cost of your introductory coffee order and does not include the cost of shipping, nor the discounted cost of the Barista Aroma Solo. This offer is available to new subscribers only.

Deco Press Offer (offer ends 10/31/2009, While Supplies Last)

The introductory shipment will be composed of your initial coffee and tea selections and your Starbucks® Deco Press. The shipment should arrive within in 3-6 days.

After the introductory shipment, the next shipment will arrive according to the shipment interval selected. This interval can be changed at any time after the introductory shipment by managing your account online or calling customer service at 1-800-571-7289.

You may cancel your Starbucks subscription at any time after receiving your introductory shipment and the Deco Press is yours to keep with no further obligation. You may also change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments and the Deco Press will remain yours to keep.

Partners

Starbucks® Partner Discount does not currently apply to At Home Subscription orders.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time. Cooking.com may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement.

Return Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Read more…

Cancellation or return of At Home promotional offers that include a special price and/or introductory premium require the return of all introductory items included as part of the promotion in order to be credited in full.
