When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. View Delivery Options & Rates for more details. Starbucks Store makes every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service. Our legal holidays (for Belgium as that is the location of our Distribution Center) are: New Year's Day, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Assumption Day, National Day, Veterans Day, All Saint's Day and Christmas Day.
What if I live outside the United Kingdom?
To all our international friends, we appreciate your interest in Starbucks Store. We offer online shopping to our customers in the United States, Canada, France and Germany. To shop in any of our online locations, you must provide both billing and shipping addresses within that country. How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?
Every time you place an order, you'll receive an email from us notifying you of its status. The delivery confirmation email will include a link to track the delivery. It contains a link with a tracking code. You may also log into My Account and select order history, then click on an order number to view tracking information for that order. You may also select Check My Order at the bottom of every page of this website.
Can I choose the carrier for my delivery?
No, sorry about that. Starbucks Store uses a variety of carrier services to deliver packages, including DHL, UPS, and TNT. Customers cannot request a specific carrier. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected (Standard or Express), destination (delivery address) and the size of your order. We will select the best carrier to keep our delivery charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order is sent, the delivery date, method and other tracking details will be provided in your delivery confirmation email.
When available, what are the terms and conditions of Free Delivery Offers?
Free delivery may be available with certain offers and promotions. Free Delivery Offers apply to Standard Delivery within the contiguous United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Your Free Delivery discount will appear on your receipt review page. Free Delivery Offers cannot be combined with other special offers, including affiliate site offers, rebates or miles. Terms are subject to change.
How do I receive Free Delivery Offers and other promotions?
