How do I place an order?
Find the item you want, select the quantity, and then click the "Add to Bag" button. When you've finished browsing and are ready to check out, go to your shopping bag at the top right corner of your screen and click "My Bag". Make sure all the products and quantities in your bag are correct and click the "Checkout Now" button to continue. We'll take you to a secured server where you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.
What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?
You may call our Customer Service Team at 0808 23 40 684 for help placing a large order. Or you may place multiple orders directly on our website.
How do I see and manage what's in my shopping bag?
To see and manage the contents of your shopping bag, go to your shopping bag at the top right corner of your screen and click "My Bag".
What forms of payment does Starbucks Store accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
How do I use a special offer/coupon code?
From time to time we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box during checkout. Your special offer/coupon will be applied to your purchase. Do I get my partner discount?
No, we are sorry but due to technical limitations we are not able to offer partner discounts at this time. We are actively working on enabling this functionality, so please check back.
Can I order a gift voucher?
Of course! It comes in the form of a Starbucks Card, which makes a wonderful gift. You can pick up a Starbucks Card in stores and manage it online. You can also send a Starbucks Card eGift online.
Will I be charged tax?
It depends on the address of the person receiving the item. We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination. We'll only collect tax amounts required by law, which may include both merchandise and other services such as gift wrap and shipping.

To all our international friends, we appreciate your interest in Starbucks Store. We offer online shopping to our customers in the United States, Canada, France and Germany. To shop in any of our online locations, you must provide both billing and shipping addresses within that country. If I see a price reduction on Starbucks Store online for an item I recently purchased from Starbucks Store online, can I receive a refund of the price difference?
If an item you purchased from Starbucks Store online is reduced in price on Starbucks Store online within 14 days of your order date, you may contact our Customer Service Team to receive a refund of the price difference. Price adjustments are done only on a per item basis and only once per item. This does not apply to discounted or free shipping offers, or general changes in the price of shipping. This does not apply to discounts that apply to an entire order (e.g., percent or monetary amount off your entire order promotions).
If deemed within this policy, the refund will be applied to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Once processed by Starbucks, it will then generally take 3-5 days for funds to appear in the original payment account.
