Treasured the world over for its complexity in the cup, this low-yield, full-flavored varietal originally from from Gesha, Ethiopia, thrives in the Chiriqui Highlands on Panama’s tallest peak, Volcan Baru, under the painstaking care of Brenes, for whom it is a labor of love to grow.
