Shopping Process/Check Out


Here are some simple tips to ensure that your shopping experience at StarbucksStore.com is easy and pleasant:
  1. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the "buy" or "add to cart" button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.


  2. After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page, or from any order detail page.


  3. In Checkout, we will ask you for your name, billing address, credit card number and shipping address. If you have concerns about submitting your credit card information online, please read our Secure Ordering policy. We will also ask you if you would like the item gift-wrapped, and how you would like it shipped.


  4. Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (CA and OH shipments only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click "Submit Order." If any of the shipping or payment information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.


  5. Once you have looked everything over, click on "Place Your Order" and a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.


  6. When your order is complete and shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email complete with a link to check the status of your order. If you registered with us prior to ordering, you will be able to view your order status and track your shipments directly from your MyStarbucksStore account.
