To help preserve that fresh flavor, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not in the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.
We created our biggest and boldest coffee blend in 1987 to commemorate our first store opening in Chicago. Our coffee artists created a blend that would stand up to the coldest winds off Lake Michigan: Gold Coast Blend®.
