How to enter To enter our sweepstakes, fill in the information requested on the online sweepstakes registration page at www.starbucksStore.com or mail in your entry to StarbucksStore.com, Attn: Customer Service, 4086 Del Rey Avenue, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. Entries should include name, address, email address and telephone number. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing will not improve your chances of winning. No entries will qualify if received before 12:00 AM (midnight) PST June 1, 2009. To qualify, entries submitted online must be received by 12:00 AM (midnight) PST July 15, 2009. Entries received by mail must be postmarked no earlier than June 1, 2009 and received no later than July 14, 2009. Limit one entry per person regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be invalid. 2. Eligibility Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the Continental U.S. Employees of the Sponsor Cooking.com and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. 3. Prizes One (1) prize winner will receive a year's supply of Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew. The prize consists of: three 12 packs of Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew packets per month with a value of $9.95 per packet. Prize fulfillment will consist of two separate shipments of eighteen 12 packs, the first of which will be mailed no later than July 30, 2009 and the second of which will be mailed no later than January 31, 2010. Prize is non-transferrable and non-resellable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. 4. Selection of Winner/Validations One prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. By entering, the winner certifies that they meet all eligibility requirements. Drawing date is on or about July 15, 2009. The winner will be notified via e-mail within 7 days after the drawing date. The winner must respond to e-mail notification within 48 hours, or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven days following attempted notification. Prize winner will be required to return documents within seven days. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to Cooking.com through StarbucksStore.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cooking.com through StarbucksStore.com, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won. Entrants who subscribe to the StarbucksStore.com newsletter and/or catalog have the option to unsubscribe from each list at any time. Any information shared with StarbucksStore.com will be held subject to StarbucksStore.com's privacy policy. The Sponsor reserve the right in their sole direction to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. 5. Conditions of Participation By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
