What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
StarbucksStore.com offers three levels of delivery service to most destinations:

* Excludes weekends and holidays.
** If a business day is a holiday, the order will ship the next non-holiday business holiday.
+ Arrival time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US Territories/Protectorates addresses may vary. Some zip codes and other locations may not be eligible for expedited or overnight shipments. Some zip codes in the continental U.S. may also require extra time.

If you need overnight shipping to these locations, please call our customer care center at 1-877-421-9062 as soon as possible so that we may determine if we can do a special overnight shipment for you. Costs for such special services may fall outside of and may be much higher than the pricing grid outlined below.
How are my shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipment destination and size of your order. In order to provide the most economical shipping rates, we suggest a minimum of any 2 items. Please refer to the rate chart below for detailed shipping rates.
Rates are as follows and are subject to change without notice:
UPS GROUND: $4.95 (orders above $75 ship free)
UPS 2nd DAY: $14.95
UPS NEXT DAY: $24.95
To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
