Peppermint Mocha
INGREDIENTS (makes one 16 fl oz. drink)
.75 fl-oz. Starbucks®Peppermint Syrup
1.5 oz. Starbucks®Mocha Powder & Warm Water
6 fl-oz. Espresso (2 shots)
12 fl-oz. Steamed Milk
Whipped Cream
PREPARATION
1. Combine equal parts Starbucks Mocha Powder and warm water. Stir until it forms a smooth syrup.
2. Pump syrup and sauce into serving cup.
2. Pull espresso shot.
3. Steam milk while pulling shot.
4. Pour espresso or drip brew into serving cup.
5. Pour milk to within 1/2" from top of cup and stir well.
6. Add whipped cream.
7. Garnish as desired. |

Caramel Tazo® Chai Tea Latte
INGREDIENTS (makes one 16 fl oz. drink)
1.5 fl oz. Starbucks Caramel Sauce
14 fl oz. Steamed Tazo® Chai Tea Latte Concentrate and Milk (1/2 of each)
PREPARATION
1. Steam Chai latte concentrate and milk mixture.
2. Pour mixture into serving cup.
3. Mix caramel sauce into serving cup.
4. Garnish as desired.
